Working Together
Once you book a service, we’ll provide an outline of what’s included, timelines, and what we need from you to move forward. We work hard to meet deadlines and expectations, but clear communication and prompt feedback from your side are essential to keep things on track.
If we’re waiting on content or approvals and don’t hear back within a reasonable amount of time, the project may be paused or rescheduled. Delays due to missed communication or lack of materials may result in additional charges or an extension of the project timeline.
Payments
All pricing will be shared clearly before we begin. A non-refundable deposit or full payment (depending on the service) is required to reserve your project slot.
Late or missed payments may delay the project or result in a hold on services until the balance is settled.
Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that life happens and plans change. You can cancel your project by contacting us through our preferred method of communication. If cancellation happens after work has started, any completed work will be delivered, but no refunds will be issued for time already spent or services already rendered.
We reserve the right to cancel a project if communication breaks down, expectations shift drastically, or the project is no longer aligned with our studio’s capacity or values. In such cases, we’ll deliver completed work and offer a partial refund if applicable.
Intellectual Property
All custom designs, strategy, and content created by Dotflow Studio remain the intellectual property of our studio until full payment is received. Once payment is complete, you’ll have full rights to use the final deliverables as outlined in your package.
Please don’t reuse, resell, or copy our work without written permission, respecting creative ownership is part of maintaining a professional partnership.
Content Responsibility
You’re responsible for providing accurate, lawful content (text, images, files, etc.) for your website or project. We don’t take responsibility for any legal issues arising from materials you provide.
If you’re unsure whether you have the rights to use certain content, let us know, we’re happy to point you toward licensed sources.
Liability
We aim to deliver high-quality work, but we can’t guarantee specific results such as revenue growth, increased traffic, or search engine rankings. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues resulting from the use of your website or digital tools we set up.
We also can’t take responsibility for issues that arise from third-party services, platforms, or plugins. We do our best to recommend trusted tools, but their performance is beyond our control.
